We have a sensational selection of cakes, including the choice to customize your own. Specialty cakes include:
- Molly Brown: layers of chocolate cake, strawberries and bananas, wrapped in our home-made whipped cream.
- Charlie Brown: same as Molly Brown except white cake.
- Italian Rum: white cake soaked in rum with alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla custard. Topped with whipped cream&almonds on the side.
- Black Forest: chocolate cake with cherry brandy; layers of cherry filling, and chocolate mousse; topped with whipped cream on the outside.
- Napoleon: These flaky cake layers are separated by vanilla custard, topped with vanilla and chocolate icing, and surrounded by whipped cream on the sides. A dream come true for all!
- Fudge Brownie Cake: If you or a loved one enjoys chocolate, this brownie cake is sure to make anybody smile. An amazing brownie that is covered in a creamy chocolate fudge. Wow.
- Boston Cream Cake: This cake is for those who don't particularly like icing. It's our delicious white cake that has two layers of vanilla custard. On the top it's covered in our chocolate marble. There is no icing on the side of this cake. It's held together by our plastic wrap. Easy to cut and serve and looks amazing.
- Brewster Cream Cake: Same as the Boston Cream Cake except with chocolate cake. You can mix it up and have chocolate custard instead of vanilla custard. We named it the "Brewster" Cream Cake so you can choose what options you wish you enjoy in your cream cake.
You also have the choice of customizing your own cakes with fillings such as: An assortment of Fruit Fillings (Strawberry, Cherry, Lemon, Banana, Raspberry, Mango, Pineapple and Peach), Cannoli Cream, Chocolate or Vanilla Custard, Chocolate or Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Mousse, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Fudge, Mocha&Maple Walnut.

Mid Sized Cakes
- Rum and Custard Filled Coffee Ring: A coffee ring that has rum soaked into the cake itself. It is then filled with custard. Chocolate Drizzle and Cherries/Strawberry's finish it on top. A MUST HAVE!!!
- Vanilla 7 Layer: Seven layers of our vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream in-between each layer. Covered&decorated in our amazing chocolate fudge.
- Chocolate 7 Layer: Seven layers of our chocolate cake with white buttercream in-between each layer. Covered&decorated in our amazing chocolate fudge.
- Raspberry Nut: A heavy nut dutch loaf cake with a good helping of a raspberry filling. Raspberry covers the outside of this cake and our special mix of dutch loaf&nuts are sprinkled on the top&sides of this creation. A must have!!!
- Rainbow Cookie Cake: A real winner! Layers of our tri-colored almond cakes separated by thin layers of raspberry; topped in luscious chocolate.
- Apple Strudel: A delightful mixture of apples, raisins&walnuts inside of a light flaky outside layer.
- Rings: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Ring, Chocolate Chip Ring, Fresh Fruit Ring, Chunky Monkey Ring and Black and White Ring (Quantity and Assortment may very)
